Project Development
Greenpath Technologies is uniquely qualified to develop projects from concept to final installation, using our own project management capabilities. This includes working directly with customers, stakeholders, other project developers, government, utility, and other service providers.

Engineering
We provide full-scale engineering services in-house or through a dedicated team of renowned engineering consultants from various disciplines. We also provide electrical load studies and assist our customers with managing their electrical loads by collecting and using data of your solar electricity and battery storage. We deliver a complete engineering package for our projects.

Procurement
We have developed strong partnerships with manufacturers and distributors for all components of our product offerings. Our services include transportation, logistics, warehousing, products registrations, warranty support and assisting in RMA warranty replacements.

Construction
Greenpath’s in-house crew members will perform all installation tasks. We may also supplement our staff with licensed subcontractors as force multipliers.  Rest assured, our constructions managers are hands-on with all aspects of project construction management.

Project Finance
Greenpath believes that a well-developed project can be funded through various sources.  We work very closely with our customers to guide them to an appropriate financing source.  These financing sources could be self-funding through internal sources/tax equity, power purchase agreements (PPA), leasing and loans. Greenpath, along with its associates, actively reinvest their profits and tax equity in potential power purchase (PPA) transactions.

Project Commissioning
Greenpath understands the value of properly commissioning a newly-constructed system by adhering to manufacturer guidelines, industry practices and applicable codes. Depending on project circumstances, Greenpath with also employ independent, third-party commissioning agents.

Operations & Maintenance
Renewable energy systems are CapEx (capital expenditures) intensive. In order to achieve high uptime and productivity, Greenpath offers comprehensive Operations & Maintenance services during the lifecycle of the system.  Once the customer or a project financier takes on the responsibility for ownership, we offer our O&M services along with long-term manufacturers warranty to cover all aspects of operation, maintenance or replacement.

Project Analysis and Metrics
Greenpath works with its customers during the full lifecycle of a project, offering various analysis and metrics in an effort to gauge a system’s health and maximize a project’s returns.

Consultation
Greenpath will provide consultation services during any phase of your project, regardless of who installed your system.

Operating Asset Purchase
Greenpath facilitates purchase of an operating system from a third-party to the host customer or between third parties.

Solar Roof Integration
Greenpath, through its affiliation with Commercial Roofing and Waterproofing and Honolulu Roofing, is able to provide proper roof integration of solar arrays and resultant advantage of single-source service and warranty and other financial advantages.
